Geza Marsal built the SzerencseKereke app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Geza Marsal at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Az alkalmazás készítője (Marsal Geza) mint adatkezelő (továbbiakban mi, többes szám első személyben), magára nézve kötelezőnek ismeri el jelen közlemény tartalmát, és kötelezettséget vállal arra, hogy tevékenységével kapcsolatos minden adatkezelés megfelel a jelen szabályzatban és a hatályos nemzeti jogszabályokban, valamint az Európai Unió jogi aktusaiban meghatározott elvárásoknak. Hirdetések megjelenítéséhez fűződő technikai adatok
Adatkezelés jogalapja: (EU) 2016/679 rendelet 6. cikk (1) bekezdés f): az adatkezelő jogos érdekeinek érvényesítése
Az applikációk a Google AdMob szolgáltatásán keresztül hirdetéseket jelenítenek meg a felhasználóknak. A hirdetések megjelenítésének technológiai feltételei teljesülése érdekében az alkalmazás “mobil azonosító” adatokat rögzít. Ezek technológiai adatok, amelyek a hirdetésekkel kapcsolatos visszaélések elkerülésére szolgálnak. Tárolásuk saját, illetve a hirdetők jogos érdekeinek érvényesítése érdekében történik. Segítségükkel megakadályozható, hogy rosszindulatú támadók jogosulatlan módszerekkel anyagi kárt okozzanak, vagy anyagi hasznot termeljenek maguknak.
Testreszabott hirdetésekkel kapcsolatos személyes adatok

Az applikációk a Google AdMob szolgáltatásán keresztül hirdetéseket jelenítenek meg a felhasználóknak. Amennyiben a felhasználó hozzájárul, ezen hirdetések testreszabott módon, érdeklődési körének megfelelően jelennek meg. Ebben az esetben a Google AdMob szolgáltatás személyes adatnak minősülő adatokat tárol a felhasználóról, amelynek segítségével testreszabott módon jelenít meg hirdetéseket. Az adatokat külső hirdető partnerekkel is megosztja.

Kivel osztjuk meg az adatokat?
Mivel harmadik fél által nyújtott szolgáltatásokat is igénybe veszünk, előfordul, hogy az adatok egy részét, a szolgáltatás használata során, adatfeldolgozónak vagy adatkezelőnek minősülő harmadik fél számára továbbítjuk. Szolgáltatóink kiválasztása során törekedtünk az általuk feldolgozott adatok titkosságának és biztonságának garantálására, illetve, hogy ezen szolgáltatók megfeleljenek a hatályos nemzeti jogszabályokban, valamint az Európai Unió jogi aktusaiban meghatározott elvárásoknak.
